Featured in international news, media and collaborative platforms, award-winning British furniture design brand, Carmen Constantine, founded by CEO and Creative Director Carol Wilson-Frith, is a London based design practice that creates furniture and interior accessories for luxury and lifestyle clients across the world.
Originally named Asymmetric Design, due to its ethos of tailored complex engineered asymmetrical shapes within symmetrical constructions, the company was incorporated in 2005. It evolved into a new enhanced philosophy and ethos and was rebranded to its new entity Carmen Constantine Interiors in 2017.
They have earned a reputation as a vibrant, diverse furniture design company of original, memorable furniture which both complements and adds luxury to any decor.
The company won a prestigious UK furniture award for 'Best Innovative Cabinet Range' at the NEC, Birmingham. Additionally, their designs have prominently featured within major international design magazines and UK exhibitions.
Unbounded by convention, Carmen Constantine is inspired by the marriage of traditional midcentury modern aesthetics, contemporary technology and the development and evolution of its design practice over time. Through their work, they have developed a design process that is both impassioned and poetic, as well as a strong vision and an aversion to the mundane. An effortless infusion of high-craftsmanship with modern classic traditions handed down over decades, and innovative sculpted shapes ensures its ability to be both cutting edge, iconic and timeless at once.
All design and manufacture are produced in the United Kingdom.
