Furniture Items: As all items are made to order and as per most high-end orders, please allow a lead time of 8-12 weeks. In some cases, orders are dispatched within 4-6 weeks. If you require your order sooner, please inform us of your requirement before ordering to see if we can accommodate your delivery request.
Candle Gift Items: These orders are typically delivered within 7-14 days, with order quantities over 100 taking 21-28 days (excluding Sundays). Delivery times during national holidays may vary dependant on the receiving your order within the date and time stated at time of ordering.
All furniture items: A minimum £85 charge will apply within the UK, £175 within Europe and approximately £250 to the rest of the world. The exact delivery cost will be confirmed after you have placed the online order. Alternatively, please email us prior to order for confirmed delivery cost.
Candle Orders: Standard Economy £4.00, Special Delivery £8.95 per unit.

Order online and collect from our Covent Garden Showroom. We will notify you when it is ready for collection.
VAT will be automatically deducted on orders delivered to countries outside the EU.
CARMEN CONSTANTINE is not responsible for any import duties payable, but we may be able to advise on the likely costs; please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
All items are despatched with Parcelforce or our own courier service. You will be notified of this as soon as your order is ready for dispatch.
For your security, both couriers will require a signature upon delivery. Please kindly ensure that there will be someone to sign for the parcel at the delivery address. In the event that no one is available to sign, the Courier will leave a card for you to arrange a collection from your local post office or if a furniture item, our Covent Gardern Showroom. Parcelforce delivery Monday to Friday, 7am – 5.30pm. Alternatively, we can re-deliver free of charge, however, redelivery after this 2nd attempt is chargeable at £30.
Delivery to APO/BFPO and PO BOX addresses are not currently available.
We are unable to accept responsibility for customs and handling charges levied by authorities in the country of destination.
When your order is dispatched you will receive a confirmation email, including an Order tracking reference to use on the Parcelforce website.
Special delivery requests
Please email email@example.com. A signature is required on all deliveries as we are unable to leave packages in a secure place.
Faulty or Incorrect items
Please inform within 24 hours by sending an email stating your order reference and damage with photos as proof of damage to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will then organise for a collection, investigate the issue and inform you of the outcome by email or your desired contact number.
Returns, Exchanges & refunds
Customer satisfaction is paramount to us.
Furniture: As furniture Items are made on order, they cannot be returned for a full refund. In the event you are dissatisfied with your purchase, administration, collection, initial manufacturing and material costs will be deducted from the overall purchase. Exchanges with any other item in stock can be made and any difference will be refunded. Note that refunds can take up to 21 days.
Candles and diffusers: You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order of any defects for an exchange or refunds requests. The item must be returned to us in its original packaging within 48 hours and signed for at our office otherwise refunds or exchanges will not be honoured. Additionally, please send photos of any defects within the 48 hour period for us to assess where the damaged may have occurred and who may be at fault.
Please inform us by sending an email to , stating your order reference. You must return the goods to us in the same condition in which you received them and at your own cost and risk to our Covent Garden showroom.
Personalised or special order items are non-refundable.
Refunds will be processed within 5 working days, to the same card used to pay for your purchase.
All orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. After this point, orders can not be cancelled or refunded as the bespoke processes commence from this point. Please see here for your statutory rights.
Wall-hung cabinets are easy to affix to a wall surface and instructions with also be included in your purchase.
If you prefer for our in-house installers to do this on delivery free of charge, please let us know after placing your order.
