The company name is an amalgamation of founder and Creative Director Carol Wilson-Frith's highly skilled parents' first names, Carmen and Constantine Wilson.

Carol Wilson-Frith is a British Furniture Designer, Speaker, Mentor and Owner of luxury furniture brand Carmen Constantine with a Honours Degree in Furniture Design & Craftsmanship from renowned Buckinghamshire New University.
She is a personable, self-driven, highly-skilled individual with a solid background of transferable skills forged in the corporate, luxury brand and community sectors. With 20+ years senior projects experience within the furniture and investment banking sectors, she is also dedicated in helping people achieve their personal purpose.
Carol has been nominated for and won various awards including the prestigious UK furniture award for 'Best Innovative Cabinet Range' (International 'Design Interiors 2008', NEC), Small Business of the Year, London semi-finalist (Venus Womens Awards, 2018) and nominee for the inaugural Women Baton Awards, 2018 Parliament). She has been interviewed by several journalists, news reporters and more recently by Design Trends.
Carol has been engaged in community initiatives since 2002 where she led human history and creative 5-8 week events. These events were delivered by working with internal and external bodies including Mayor Sadiq Khan, MBEs/OBEs, MPs, School Deputies and Institutions, International and National Historians, Curators, Bishops, BBC and Channel 4 depts, Performers, War Veteran organisation (WIESA), The Ministry of Defence (MOD) and MOBO Artistes. She also managed a range of experienced volunteers of all ages and backgrounds.
In 2017, passionate about marrying community and business initiatives, Carol founded 'The Carmen Constantine Foundation' established to encourage people of all ages to play a part in active citizenship and social cohesion and 'Designed For Greatness UK', a 1-2-1 mentoring and business strategy group created for women in Art, Craft, Design and Architecture to encourage collective personal and business advancement, establishment of their businesses and to achieve their individual goals.
